Featured Speakers:

Nolan Reichl is a partner at Pierce Atwood and an experienced trial and appellate attorney. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, appeals, and constitutional and administrative law, representing large institutional clients in Maine and across the country. Nolan has tried cases in state and federal courts, argued before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit, and has been actively involved in legislative and appellate matters throughout his career.

Janene Oleaga is a family formation attorney and reproductive rights advocate who works with families and clinics navigating the path to building families. She is the founder of Oleaga Law LLC, a practice grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a family, regardless of background or circumstance. Janene has guided clients in the U.S. and abroad through surrogacy, donor arrangements, and adoption, and has been involved in precedent-setting cases involving assisted reproduction.

In addition to her legal practice, Janene is active in state and federal legislative advocacy to expand access to reproductive care and support families formed through assisted reproduction and adoption. She has testified before the Maine Legislature, works nationally on policy initiatives, and serves on the boards of several organizations dedicated to family building and reproductive health. Janene has been recognized by the Maine Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and frequently contributes to national and regional publications.
