Alex Grammatic and Zachary Taylor are the cofounders of Blue Herring, an independent insurance brokerage based in Portsmouth, NH, which they launched in 2019. Alex is the Head of Planning for the company and has been in the industry for 16 years. He spends most of his day as an insurance nerd, helping simplify unnecessarily complex insurance products for advisors, attorneys, and their clients. Zach is the Head of Partner Relationships for the firm and is a lifelong Mainer. He spends much of his day meeting with professionals in the planning community and supporting their insurance planning needs.
